Bright room with a nice view from the balcony.

The stay was really enjoyable, especially given the fantastic location. It was just a short walk to popular sights like the Santa Justa Lift and Praca do Comercio, which made exploring easy. The common area and bedroom were spotless, and the room had a nice view from the balcony. I appreciated the natural light in the bathroom and the overall bright ambiance of the place. However, I did find that the room wasn't particularly soundproof and could hear a bit from the common area at times.

It was just a reliable pick for a short interlude in Lisbon with good value for price. The communal kitchen was convenient for quick meals, which helped save time after sightseeing. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you at night.

Check-in was a bit of a drag with a strict 3:00 PM start time. The layout is not intuitive. you have to traipse through a souvenir shop just to find the entrance. The place is on the noisy side, especially with a hostel situated above, creating disturbances at night. There's a noticeable lack of security features—no staff on-site and no surveillance cameras, which raises safety concerns when there are random people trying to access the main door. Lastly, the atmosphere feels more like a converted apartment instead of an 'apartment suite' as advertised, leaving some rooms lacking in comfort for the price.

The location is a dream. you walk to all attractions! The small kitchenette made snacking easy. We loved the comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

However, the sound insulation was lacking, and noise from common areas at times was distracting. Occasionally there were cleanliness inconsistencies in the common areas that needed addressing.

the inn-chiado restauradores prime suites is perfectly located near shopping and historical sites. our room was clean and well-maintained. The customer service was exceptional. they even allowed us to leave our bags before check-in. we also enjoyed the cozy common areas.

Had a great stay with friends! We visited the Dona Maria II National Theatre and loved the location, it was super convenient. The common areas were cozy, and we appreciated daily room cleaning. The coffee shop next door was a bonus for breakfast, making mornings easy and delicious.

We did encounter a tiny bed bug on the bed but it was quickly addressed by the staff, and we didn’t see any more during our stay.

Signs of wear and tear but superb shower facilities and a cozy common area!

Comfortable room, convenient location, staying here allowed easy access to nearby attractions, such as the historical tram and the train station for day trips to Sintra.
